1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Transparent Knowledge ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Transparent Knowledge is a trading analytics and performance tracking platform. It provides tools including PropTrack (brokerage account performance tracking), options scanning, and educational content. The Platform does not provide investment advice.

3. No Investment Advice

All content, signals, and analytics provided by Transparent Knowledge are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

4. Brokerage Connections

You may connect third-party brokerage accounts to the Platform via SnapTrade, a third-party data processor. By initiating a connection, you authorize SnapTrade to access your account data (balances, positions, trade history) on a read-only basis. Transparent Knowledge does not store your brokerage credentials and cannot place, modify, or cancel orders in your account. You are solely responsible for all trading activity in your connected accounts.

SnapTrade's services are governed by their own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

5. Your Data Rights

You retain full ownership of your account data. You have the right to:

• Disconnect any brokerage account at any time from within PropTrack settings.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Withdraw your consent to data collection at any time by closing your account.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations, including those of FINRA, the SEC, or the CFTC. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse any data obtained through the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Transparent Knowledge shall not be liable for any trading losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
